Welcome To Pearl Moment's Free and Clear Course!

I'm so glad you are here with me on this journey! Although this is a self-guided course, I am still very much invested and interested in your progress. So please be sure to stay connected through email, social media, and right here on this platform. Below are a few things that will help get you the most success out of this course.

These are a few "Must Do" things before you get started:

1) Follow @pearlmomentofficial on Instagram

2) Get your Pearl Moment Reflection Journal Set for this course. Do not use this journal for anything else.

3) Schedule 30 minutes once a week to go through this course. If you can do it at the same time every week that will be best- helps to promote consistency and priority setting.

4) Set your phone timer or any other kind of timer to a calm non-jarring sound. Like ocean waves, harps, nature sounds, relaxing instrumentals, etc.. Preferably one that gradually gets louder. You need this for the meditation exercises. 

5) Write REMEMBER TO BREATHE FROM THE GUT X3 on your Pearl Moment Sticky Note and post it where you will be studying.  

Below is a list of optional "Do’s" to create the most optimal experience for your success.

I HIGHLY suggest doing ALL of these. Complete Game Changers!

1) Light a candle while doing the lessons - Promotes relaxation and focus

2) Refrain from watching or reading as much news as possible - Believe me the world will still be crazy after you finish this program LOL!! You can catch up when the course is over.

3) Reduce or eliminate your interactions with stressful people. If they work or live with you limit your interactions to a bare minimum. 

4) Clean your space. Declutter and ensure your home promotes a relaxing mood and a decluttered-focused mind.

5) Move your body every day for at least 15 mins, walk, jog, lift weights, jumping jacks, etc. Do some kind of exercise. Be sure to pay attention to any medical conditions and if needed, consult a doctor before exercising.
