• Process Walk Level exercise - Think about a situation that brings up pain for you and triggers negative emotions and feelings. Go through the Process Walk exercise and journal about your experience. Here are some examples of what to write about - What was the situation? What emotion did it cause? What feeling did it bring to your body and where? What was needed to find peace? What emotion do you feel now? What feeling do you feel in your body and where? What did you learn?

  • Programing (Look up the definition and Write it in your journal)

  • For 5 min sit (not lay) in silence with your eyes closed take 3 slow and deep breaths from the gut. Think of something that brings you immense joy, love, or pleasure and imagine yourself enjoying it. What emotion do you have? How do you feel in your body and where? Are you smiling? What do you smell, what do you hear? Is there a taste in your mouth? Is your mind at peace?

  • Take 10 minutes and journal about your self-work, vocabulary word, meditation and quote.
